System Status

Settlement Delays: merchants who acquire with HBOS and Lloyds will notice a delay to payments from 16th to 18th November due to technical issues. In addition, merchants who accept AMEX may notice a delay to payments since 13th November 2008. We will update this page as soon as these issues have been resolved.
Merchant Interface: between 05:00 and 06:00 AM GMT on Saturday 22nd NOVEMBER 2008, we will be carrying out maintenance work on our systems. During this timer this merchants interface will not be available.
