As a regulated business Streamline / WorldPay is obliged to keep its customer records up to date. As a consequence we are engaging in a process of updating all our customer records. To ensure this does not impact the standards of customer service we provide to customers we have arranged for CallCredit, a leading telemarketing company who shares our standards of service and data security, to assist us in the process. They will be calling customers over the next few weeks to make sure we have the correct information for each customer.
